Tooling and Instrumentation Specialist

Job Summary:
The Tooling Operations Technician is a critical role within the tooling facility, responsible for the service, maintenance, repair, and replacement of tools. This includes the hands-on inspection and functional testing of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic tools. The successful candidate will work closely with the Tooling Operations Specialist to promote a strong EHS culture and may be required to work on-site and visit project sites within Qatar and the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tools Assessment:

  • Visual inspection of tools for damage or discrepancies.
  • Verification of kit completeness and certification (if applicable).
  • Update and maintain L/D reports for respective projects.

• Tools Inspections:

  • Conduct electrical safety tests (if applicable).
  • Perform functional and operational testing.
  • Verify calibration and ensure reports are updated for each project.

• Tools Calibration:

  • Identify tools needing calibration or certification.
  • Report due calibration/certification as per job requirements.
  • Assist specialists with technical information for supplier offers.

• Tools Refurbishment & Refill:

  • Clean, label, and pack tools after assessment and inspection.
  • Move tools to designated storage locations.

Project Manager - Qatar Service Facility Build

Job Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee the construction of the new Qatar Service Facility, coordinating with contractors and ensuring all aspects of the project meet the company’s quality and safety standards. Upon project completion, the role transitions to the Qatar Service Center Manager to oversee the operational aspects of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of the facility build project.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Track milestones, budget proposals, and resource requirements.
• Manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.

• Manage order booking, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
