Job Overview
The Compensation and Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing employee compensation, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, and ensuring compliance with Qatari labor laws and regulations. This role involves administering compensation programs, managing payroll data, and resolving any payroll-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, allowances, and benefits, in alignment with company policies and local regulations.
• Process payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure the accuracy of payroll data, including deductions and benefits.
• Prepare payroll reports for management, tax filings, and compliance purposes.
• Stay updated on changes in Qatari payroll legislation and compensation trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation and payroll management, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
• Proficient in payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation structures.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة
أخصائي التعويضات والرواتب مسؤول عن إدارة تعويضات الموظفين، وضمان معالجة الرواتب بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب، وضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل واللوائح القطرية. تتضمن هذه الوظيفة إدارة برامج التعويضات، وإدارة بيانات الرواتب، وحل أي قضايا تتعلق بالرواتب.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إدارة تعويضات الموظفين بما في ذلك الرواتب، المكافآت، البدلات، والمزايا وفقًا لسياسات الشركة واللوائح المحلية.
• معالجة الرواتب بشكل منتظم وضمان الدفع الدقيق في الوقت المناسب لجميع الموظفين.
• ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل القطرية، اللوائح الضريبية، ومتطلبات الضمان الاجتماعي.
• التعامل مع استفسارات الموظفين حول الرواتب وحل أي اختلافات بسرعة.
• العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الموارد البشرية والمالية لضمان دقة بيانات الرواتب، بما في ذلك الخصومات والمزايا.
• إعداد تقارير الرواتب للإدارة، والإقرارات الضريبية، وأغراض الامتثال.
• متابعة التغييرات في تشريعات الرواتب القطرية واتجاهات التعويضات.

المؤهلات

• درجة بكاليروس في الموارد البشرية أو المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة التعويضات والرواتب، ويفضل في قطر أو منطقة الخليج.
• إتقان برامج الرواتب، وMicrosoft Excel، وأنظمة الموارد البشرية.
• معرفة قوية بقوانين العمل القطرية، واللوائح الضريبية، وهياكل التعويضات.
• اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل، مهارات تنظيمية، وقدرة على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
• مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.
