المهام
- تطوير الحسابات الهندسية والتصاميم وإعداد بيانات الطرق الفنية الخاصة بالمشاريع.
- إعداد رسومات المشاريع، بما في ذلك تخطيطات الأنظمة، والمقاطع العرضية، والتوصيلات الكهربائية والهيدروليكية، ورسومات البناء.
- دعم عمليات المناقصات من خلال تحديد نطاق العمل وإنشاء جداول الكميات من المخططات الهندسية.
- إعداد تقديرات التكلفة بناءً على المتطلبات الهندسية والمواصفات الخاصة بالمشروع.
- متابعة أحدث المعايير الصناعية والتأكد من الالتزام بها في الحلول الفنية المقدمة.
- اقتراح حلول بديلة فعالة من حيث التكلفة لتلبية المتطلبات الفنية.
- إدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد وضمان توثيقها بشكل دقيق.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية عند الحاجة وإعداد رسومات AutoCAD عند الطلب.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لحل المخاطر الفنية وتحسين تنفيذ المشاريع.
المتطلبات
- درجة في الهندسة من جامعة معترف بها.
- خبرة مثبتة في مجال مشابه.
- معرفة قوية بالديناميكا الحرارية وتطبيقات المضخات.
- إتقان AutoCAD وبرامج Microsoft Office.
- مهارات اتصال قوية شفهية وكتابية وعرضية.
- القدرة على إدارة عدة عروض مناقصات والعمل بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات.
- المرونة والقدرة على التكيف مع تغييرات الأولويات.
