Job Opportunities at KONE – Doha, Qatar

1- Maintenance Technician – Elevators & Escalators

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships by providing high-quality service and consistent on-site communication regarding performed tasks.
• Accurately and promptly report completed work.
• Ensure the safety and performance of equipment on-site.
• Identify potential site risks and report them to the supervisor.
• Take immediate action when identifying high-risk issues and follow escalation procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to work in advanced technical environments and maintain equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Entry-level position with a willingness to learn and grow.

2- Order Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the sales-to-operations handover is completed according to company policies.
• Verify the completeness and quality of order data before registering it in the system.
• Manage order registration and update data in SAP.
• Ensure financial data accuracy, invoice alignment, and compliance with agreed terms.
• Provide periodic reports on order performance and related operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to read and comprehend contracts, terms, and financial details.
• Experience using SAP ERP systems.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء من خلال تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة والتواصل المستمر حول الأعمال المنجزة.
• الإبلاغ الدقيق والفوري عن العمل المنجز.
• ضمان سلامة وأداء المعدات في المواقع.
• تحديد المخاطر المحتملة في الموقع وإبلاغ المشرف بها.
• اتخاذ إجراءات فورية عند اكتشاف مخاطر عالية واتباع إجراءات التصعيد عند الحاجة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• معرفة جيدة بالصيانة الوقائية واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئات تقنية متطورة وصيانة المعدات بدقة وكفاءة.
• مستوى مبتدئ في المجال مع رغبة في التعلم والتطور.

2- مسؤول إدارة الطلبات (Order Administrator)

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• التأكد من تنفيذ عملية تسليم الطلبات من المبيعات إلى العمليات وفقًا لسياسات الشركة.
• التحقق من اكتمال وجودة بيانات الطلبات قبل تسجيلها في النظام.
• إدارة عمليات تسجيل الطلبات وتحديث البيانات في نظام SAP.
• ضمان دقة البيانات المالية ومطابقة الفواتير والشروط المتفق عليها.
• تقديم تقارير دورية حول أداء الطلبات والعمليات ذات الصلة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• القدرة على فهم العقود والشروط المالية وقراءتها بدقة.
• خبرة في استخدام أنظمة SAP ERP.
• إتقان تطبيقات Microsoft Office.
• يفضل خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية للتواصل الفعّال.
