Job Details
- Position: CNC Machinist
- Location: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities
- CNC Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines according to work instructions and drawings.
- Thread & Component Machining: Produce and inspect threaded connections (API, GP, and others) to meet provided specifications.
- Quality Control: Use measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular and preventive maintenance and address machine issues as needed.
- Process & Documentation: Record all dimensional parameters and maintain daily activity logs.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and participate in risk assessments and safety training.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify drawing errors, suggest improvements, and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, specializing in Rotary Shoulder Connections.
- Proficiency in Fanuc and Mazak CNC systems.
- Strong understanding of machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

- تشغيل آلات CNC: إعداد وتشغيل آلات CNC وفقًا لتعليمات العمل والرسومات.
- تصنيع الخيوط والمكونات: إنتاج وفحص الوصلات الملولبة ( API وGP وغيرها ) لتلبية المواصفات المقدمة.
- مراقبة الجودة: استخدام معدات القياس لضمان الدقة والامتثال للمواصفات.
- الصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها: قم بإجراء الصيانة الدورية والوقائية ومعالجة مشكلات الماكينة حسب الحاجة.
- العملية والتوثيق: تسجيل جميع المعلمات الأبعادية والحفاظ على سجلات النشاط اليومية.
- السلامة والامتثال: اتبع جميع لوائح السلامة وشارك في تقييمات المخاطر وتدريب السلامة.
