FMCG Outdoor Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales within the Qatari market, strong leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of local retail and wholesale distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, motivate, and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product reach and market share.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales tactics.
Establish and maintain relationships with key retail, wholesale, and modern trade accounts.
Ensure proper execution of merchandising and promotional plans in coordination with the marketing team.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Train and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and credit terms.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales in Qatar (mandatory).
