Job Details
As a General Operator – Wireline Services, you will be responsible for completing job-related paperwork and other records for yourself and your crew, maintaining communication with the district manager, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and performing various pre-job, well-site, and post-job duties.
Responsibilities
- Complete job-related paperwork and other records for self and assigned crew.
- Maintain records and communication as required by the district manager.
- Be fully competent in all aspects of operator duties at the well site and at the shop.
- Maintain the unit and perform pre-job duties, well-site operations, post-job duties, and train junior operators.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (Federal, Country, State, Local).
- Drive company vehicles safely and observe all Company and government regulations.
- Actively participate in quality improvement efforts related to ballistics operations.
- Promote and maintain good customer relations.
- Carry out responsibilities safely and in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Baker Hughes tools and 5 years of experience in Wireline Services (including offshore experience).
- Ability to identify the proper product and service for simple to complex applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external customers.

Job Details
As a General Field Engineer – Wireline Services, you will supervise the crew and equipment at the wellsite and shop, providing specific logging and completion services. You will also interpret logging data, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through the decision-making process during wellsite operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise crew and equipment to provide logging and completion services.
- Provide a record of tool strings to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.

Job Details
As a Lead Field Project Engineer, you will collaborate with the Installation & Commissioning Engineering team in managing projects, working as a focal point between customers, suppliers, site teams, and various engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical reference point for the site team and customers, managing project scopes and resolving technical issues.
- Troubleshoot issues related to products like gas turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, and electric motors.
- Coordinate with customer representatives, vendors, and global teams to fulfill evaluations and optimization studies.
- Manage engineering lessons learned, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate engineering modifications and execute additional requests/change orders.
- Lead and manage quality processes, assist in preparing critical milestones and KPIs.
- Travel to sites as needed to assist in data collection and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience interpreting engineering and technical documents (e.g., P&ID, instrument lists).
- Minimum of 2 years of technical experience on rotating machinery.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering/management for large projects.
