المهام الوظيفية

• البحث عن وحصر العقارات السكنية المتاحة للتسويق.

• إدارة عمليات البيع وإتمام المعاملات.

• إجراء أبحاث السوق وتقييم العقارات.

• التفاوض مع العملاء وأصحاب العقارات وإغلاق الصفقات.

• بناء شبكة قوية من العملاء وأصحاب العقارات والحفاظ عليها.

• الإلمام الكامل بسوق العقارات في قطر.

المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال المبيعات العقارية السكنية.

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة).

• رخصة قيادة قطرية سارية.

• إتقان برامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) لإدارة العملاء بفعالية.
