Required jobs at Bilfinger Company and their details:
Piping Designer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Perform piping engineering services such as:
Participating in, and facilitating internal design reviews
Independently handling of development of Plot Plans, Piping General Arrangement drawings & sections, Pipe support details etc.
Preparation of Isometrics.
Piping material take-off
Checking of all kinds of piping drawings
Strong knowledge of latest version of Auto CAD / CADWorx, 3D modelling software tools (like E3D, SP3D etc.) and clash detection / resolution.
Communicate effectively with the other discipline designers / engineers / project team.
Ensure that completion of assigned work on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Piping or Petroleum Engineering from any reputed University.
Minimum Experience of 5-10 years in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and/or Refineries Industries as a Piping designer
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software particularly Excel and word.
Shall be familiar with international codes and standards such as API, ANSI and ASME
Flexible attitude, team player, with good written and verbal communication skills.
Required input and support to other disciplines such as Process, Civil, instrumentation, mechanical, electrical and HSE
Proven experience in engineering design tools such as MicroStation / AutoCAD and Naviswork. Smartplant SP3D and AVEVA E3D experience will be the added advantage.
