Required jobs in Tawar Mall and their details:

1. Fit Out Engineer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • UPDA certification is required.
  • 3-4 years of experience in site supervision and management, particularly in mall fit-out projects.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting shop and carpentry drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems in retail settings.
  • Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD and MS Office.

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and manage site activities for mall fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and tenants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications.
  • Execute projects according to provided drawings and specifications.
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and carpentry drawings for accurate execution.
  • Prepare daily site reports and submit them to the department head.

2. HVAC & Mechanical Supervisor

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years experience in Qatar or GCC
  • Joining immediately
  • Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and Lead: Lead and mentor HVAC technicians, electricians, and other mechanics, providing guidance on tasks and technical skills.
  • Supervise HVAC operations across multiple facilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations
  • Schedule & Assign Work: Develop and implement weekly or daily maintenance schedules, allocate work to team members, and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of service
  • Hands on experience in Water cooled chillers & pumps
  • Well experienced in AHU, FCU, Split ACs
  • Hands on experience in mechanical systems like valves, pumps and firefighting systems
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, work orders, equipment logs, and incident investigations.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for management on key performance metrics, equipment status, and maintenance activities

1.  مهندس التجهيز

متطلبات:

  • - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية.
  • يجب الحصول على شهادة UPDA.
  • - خبرة من 3 إلى 4 سنوات في الإشراف على المواقع وإدارتها، وخاصة في مشاريع تجهيز مراكز التسوق.
  • كفاءة في قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية ورسومات النجارة.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة MEP في إعدادات البيع بالتجزئة.
  • -الإلمام ببرامج مثل AutoCAD و MS Office.

مهام الوظيفة:

  • الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع وإدارتها لمشاريع تجهيز المركز التجاري.
  • التنسيق بشكل فعال مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والمستشارين والمستأجرين لضمان التنفيذ السلس للمشروع.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للموقع لمراقبة التقدم والامتثال لمواصفات المشروع.
  • تنفيذ المشاريع وفقًا للرسومات والمواصفات المقدمة.
  • قراءة وتفسير الرسومات التنفيذية ورسومات النجارة لضمان التنفيذ الدقيق.
  • إعداد التقارير اليومية للموقع وتقديمها إلى رئيس القسم.

2.  مشرف التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والميكانيكا

متطلبات:

  • خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في قطر أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
  • الانضمام على الفور
  • المؤهل: دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية

مهام الوظيفة:

  • الإشراف والقيادة: قيادة وتوجيه فنيي التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والكهربائيين وغيرهم من الميكانيكيين، وتقديم الإرشادات بشأن المهام والمهارات الفنية.
  • الإشراف على عمليات التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء عبر مرافق متعددة، وضمان الأداء الأمثل والامتثال للوائح السلامة
  • جدولة وتعيين العمل: تطوير وتنفيذ جداول الصيانة الأسبوعية أو اليومية، وتخصيص العمل لأعضاء الفريق، وإدارة سير العمل لضمان إكمال المهام في الوقت المناسب.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة وفحوصات مراقبة الجودة لضمان معايير الخدمة العالية
  • خبرة عملية في مجال المبردات والمضخات المبردة بالماء
  • خبرة جيدة في AHU و FCU و Split ACs
  • خبرة عملية في الأنظمة الميكانيكية مثل الصمامات والمضخات وأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق
  • التوثيق: الحفاظ على السجلات الدقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة، والفحوصات، وأوامر العمل، وسجلات المعدات، والتحقيقات في الحوادث.
  • إعداد التقارير: إعداد تقارير مفصلة للإدارة حول مقاييس الأداء الرئيسية وحالة المعدات وأنشطة الصيانة
