Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer
Teyseer Laboratories is one of Qatar’s trusted and accredited testing laboratories, providing comprehensive services in concrete, soil, asphalt, and material testing. We are recommended by consultants and authorities including Baladiya and deliver ISO/IEC 17025 certified services.
🔹 Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in line with ISO/IEC 17025 and QCS standards.
• Ensure all laboratory tests (core tests, soil, concrete, asphalt, etc.) comply with international standards (ASTM, BS EN, AASHTO).
• Maintain calibration records and quality control documentation.
• Conduct internal audits and assist in external accreditation audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and staff training.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / Materials Engineering (or related).
• 7+ years’ experience in a QA/QC role within a materials testing laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ASTM, BS EN, AASHTO standards.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing test reports.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Transferable visa with NOC preferred.

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية / هندسة المواد (أو ذات صلة). • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في دور ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة داخل مختبر اختبار المواد. • معرفة قوية بمعايير ISO/IEC 17025، ASTM، BS EN، AASHTO. • الخبرة في إعداد ومراجعة تقارير الاختبار. • مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية). • تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل مع شهادة عدم الممانعة مفضلة.
