1. General Store Keeper
Responsibilities
- receiving incoming material, stacking, storing and issuing of materials.
- necessary documentation at the construction site.
- tasked with maintaining the log book, entry and exit register as well as the delivery and dispatch register.
- Using company software to manage and track inventory at the site.
- Coordinating with supervisors and suppliers to manage and maintain site inventory.
- Check and maintain the accuracy of company inventory.
- Managing company assets and keeping accurate records.
2. PRO - Arabic
Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on all government-related transactions for the company and employees (residency permits, visas, licenses, commercial registrations, etc.).
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and government regulations.
- Handle processes with government entities such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Municipality, Police, and other regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and process all official documents required for company and employee transactions.
- Monitor and renew commercial licenses, residencies, insurances, and permits on time.
- Provide administrative support and advice regarding government procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with government authorities to ensure smooth operations and enhance the company’s image.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO
- Strong knowledge of government procedures and local laws.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory; English is an advantage.
- Valid driving license is advantage.
3. On-Site Nurse (Part-Time)
Duties and Responsibility:
- Construction site nurses are often the first responders to injuries or illnesses on site, providing immediate care and stabilization
- They administer first aid, manage minor injuries, and provide basic medical care as needed
- They maintain accurate records of injuries, treatments, and other relevant medical information
- They conduct patient assessments, including physical examinations and documentation of patient information
- Due to location, applicant must be Male.
- Nursing License valid in Qatar
- Have at least 1 year experience
