Senior Associate - People Experience and Culture
Responsibilities:
Experience & Culture
- Localize People Experience & Culture strategy to align with country priorities.
- Drive the Voice of People survey, analyze results, and partner with leaders to create action plans.
- Facilitate culture labs post engagement surveys to co-create solutions.
- Conduct culture bootcamps to raise awareness about employees’ role in shaping culture.
- Partner with leadership to address focus areas and support employee experience evolution.
- Support business units in surveys, pulse checks, interviews, focus groups, and co-creation workshops.
- Deploy employee experience products and solutions.
- Lead "Great Place to Work" certification initiatives.
Wellbeing & Engagement
- Localize and activate Wellbeing & Engagement calendar.
- Manage and lead wellbeing and engagement projects.
- Establish accountability and advocacy for employee wellbeing and engagement.
- Source partnerships with external providers for wellbeing benefits.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Lead and drive impactful CSR initiatives in Qatar.
- Coordinate with NGOs and community partners for projects that maximize employee engagement.
- Align all activities with Chalhoub Group’s CSR and sustainability vision.
- Achieve CSR and sustainability targets set for Qatar.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of initiatives.
- Foster a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility among employees.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Learning & Development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
- Analytical and tech-savvy, able to interpret dashboards and build action plans.
- Familiarity with CSR/Impact initiatives and external partnerships.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong influencing, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solution-oriented, adaptable, and accountable.
