1. Civil Engineer
Job Description:
- Review and analyze preliminary, interim, find project plans and specifications for technical efficiency and adequacy.
- Review and provide general monitoring on Host Nation funded project development work for new construction, renovation, and improvement projects for real property facilities, including utility systems, according to all laws, codes, guidelines, and criteria as required. Projects are related to a wide variety of facilities and infrastructure systems, including earthwork; airfield and roadway pavement systems; high and low voltage electrical systems; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); water and sewage (plumbing); fire suppression; control and alarm systems; etc. which interface with other engineering specialties.
- Interpret methods and approaches in developing project calculations, layouts, drawings, and specifications that support project objectives and standards.
- Review and provide general monitoring on conceptual studies and sketches that indicate pertinent project features, material, equipment, and specifications.
- Monitor all project phases with appropriate managers and staff elements and shall maintain current engineering data for assigned projects.
- Coordinate projects with AFCENT TSG for engineers in other disciplines, operations personnel (e.g., Electric, Power Production, HVAC, Structures, Pavements and Equipment, and Utilities shops) and other U.S. Government entities to include Wing Safety, Force Protection, Security Forces, Communications, Fire Department, and Medical Group to verify safety, constructability, operability, maintainability, and all project considerations have been addressed.
- Perform reviews of Host Nation funded engineering investigative services as requested by the AFCENT TSG. Investigations can include electrical power studies, water and wastewater flow and system testing and analysis, and HVAC testing, among others.
- Monitor and report on projects for new construction, renovations, and improvements to real property facilities and infrastructure utilizing a professional knowledge of engineering. Projects include work on roads, drainage systems, utility systems, installation utility plants, airfield runways, maintenance shops/hangars, recreation facilities, administrative offices, dormitories, etc.
- Review as-built drawings at the end of construction.
- Monitor and report new projects for construction, renovations, and improvements to real property facilities from start to finish, including utility systems, utilizing a professional knowledge of civil/structural, mechanical and electrical engineering with no more than two (2) missed inspections, pre-construction surveys, surveys, or reviews per month.
2. Operational Support Officer Assistant (HUMINT/CI)
Job Description:
- Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI w/CI Poly
- Minimum qualifications required a. A minimum of Three (3) years of operational experience in Human Intelligence (HUMINT) or related activities
- Possess a Counterintelligence Scope polygraph within last five years
- Possess graduate level English writing and editing skills
- Knowledgeable on the Global Controlled Operations Management System (GCOMS) and Interagency coordination
- Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines
- A minimum of ten (10) years of operational experience and subject matter expertise in Counterintelligence
- Certified graduate of:
- DoD Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC)
- Graduate of Defense Advanced Training Course (DATC) or Source Operations Course (SOC)
- Graduate of Military Operations Training Course (MOTC); Field Tradecraft Course (FTC); or Operations Tradecraft Course (OTC)
- Graduate of Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) Managers Course
3. Executive Administrator Assistant
Job Description:
- High school diploma with 6-9 yrs experience
- Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI c
- Applicants must possess ten years of executive support experience OR four years of education above the high school level OR equivalent combinations of education and experience. Experience as an executive assistant at a O-6 Command or higher
- Must be able to qualify for a Government Purchase Card for the purpose of procuring own travel requirements in support of government-directed travel
- Possess a current and active U.S. Passport
- Possess a current and active U.S. Driver's License
- Must have the ability to wear personal protective equipment, including a protective mask, ballistic helmet, body armor, and chemical/biological protective garments
- Must be medically/physically fit for deployment with U.S. Military Forces Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) under the provisions of USCENTCOM Medical

4. Special Operations Activities Assistant
Job Description:
- Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Ability to obtain a GCOMS account
- Minimum of ten (10) years of operational experience and subject matter expertise in Unconventional Warfare (UW), Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) and Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE)
- U.S. Special Operations experience; Enlisted with the ranks of E7 or higher or Warrant Officer with the ranks of CW2 or higher, or Commissioned Officer with the rank of O3 or higher
5. Public Affairs Associate
Job Description:
- High school diploma with 6-9 yrs experience
- Clearance Level: Secret
- Graduate of the Defense Information School Basic Public Affairs Writer Course, or Public Affairs Officer Qualification Course
- Possess a military background with a minimum of eight years of military experience in the field of public affairs. Civil service is an acceptable substitution for military service
- Ability to operate a digital camera and photo editing software (Adobe and illustrator CS Master Suite applications)
- Must be able to qualify for a Government Purchase Card for the purpose of procuring own travel requirements in support of government-directed travel
- Possess a current and active U.S. Passport
- Possess a current and active U.S. Driver's License

- A minimum of 10 years of Contract/Program Management experience that contains a fundamental knowledge and understanding how the Department of Defense procures and executes construction and service contracts. Enable to properly assist with the development, implementation, and management of US engineering and basing efforts, this background and knowledge base will be required to effectively execute job responsibilities
- Ability to respond rapidly and sufficiently to changing requirements, unexpected contingencies, and other challenging situations
