Job Description:
- Familiarity with the following:
- BMS Systems: Siemens & Honeywell
- CCTV Systems: Wisenet or similar brands
- Access Control: Bosch or equivalent
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) tasks
- Troubleshoot ELV systems effectively in the field
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients
- Prepare accurate and timely technical reports
- Requirements:
- At least a Diploma certificate in a related field
- With minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Ready to join immediately
2. Draftsman
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Draftsman with experience in firefighting and fire protection systems to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of fire safety layouts and standards, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination layouts, and as-built drawings for fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, etc.)
- Ensure drawings comply with NFPA, QCDD, and project-specific standards
- Coordinate with design engineers, site teams, and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy and timely delivery
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, client feedback, and engineering updates
- Maintain organized drawing logs and documentation for submission and approvals
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in a firefighting or fire protection company
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is a plus
- Familiarity with QCDD standards and fire protection layouts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Can join immediately
- Transferrable QID/Visa
3. Sales & Technical Engineer (Civil)
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and technical support, preferably in sandwich panels, passive fire protection systems, and fire-rated doors.
- Strong understanding of Qatar Civil Defense regulations, NFPA, and BS standards.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.·Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with fire door testing, installation protocols, and third-party certifications (e.g., LPCB, UL).
