1. Planner – EPC-3 NFE Project
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update Level 3 and Level 4 construction schedules in Primavera P6.
- Prepare detailed work-front schedules covering equipment erection, piping, structural steel, and E&I activities.
- Integrate engineering deliverables, procurement status, and site progress into the master schedule.
- Monitor progress against baseline, identify deviations, and propose recovery actions.
- Conduct critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and resource leveling.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports with Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
- Support Construction Managers with 90-day and long-term look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSSE, and commissioning for schedule inputs.
- Interface with subcontractors to ensure accurate progress reporting and forecast updates.
- Support planning for SIMOPS, shutdowns, and tie-ins in Brownfield areas.
2. Welding / Piping Inspector – EPC-3 NFE Project
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect piping fabrication, erection, and welding works at site.
- Verify WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications.
- Monitor fit-up, alignment, root welding, and welding sequences.
- Witness NDT (RT, PT, MT, UT) and hydrotesting of piping systems.
- Review ITPs, material traceability, and welding consumable control.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM, and project standards.
- Support punch list clearance, reinstatement, and mechanical completion.
3. Construction Manager (Greenfield) – EPC-3 NFE Project
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Greenfield construction activities:
- Installation of static & rotating equipment (air coolers, compressors, suction drums, nitrogen skids, metering skids).
- Piping fabrication, erection, hydrotesting, and reinstatement.
- Structural steel erection (pipe racks, shelters, platforms).
- Electrical & instrumentation works (cable trays, pulling, grounding, MCC, UPS, telecom).
- Drive constructability, heavy lift execution, and work sequencing.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, API, IEC, ASTM, NFPA, NACE, and QELNG standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Manage subcontractors for safe, on-time, and cost-effective delivery.
- Deliver mechanical completion (MC), pre-commissioning, and handover.
4. Electrical Inspector – EPC-3 NFE Project
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect installation of cable trays, cable pulling, terminations, earthing, lighting, and panels.
- Verify installations of MCCs, UPS, switchgear, and transformers.
- Check compliance with approved ITPs, drawings, and method statements.
- Witness testing and pre-commissioning of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Brownfield construction activities:

- E&I works including cable tray installation, cable pulling, grounding, and substation tie-ins.
