Multi-Unit Store Manager
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily briefings and maintain ongoing communication and training.
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Ensure all 3rd party delivery apps are maintained properly and orders are dispatched correctly.
- Manage store delivery drivers including standards and appearance of the bikes.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure completion of any tasks, goals, or projects assigned to you or the outlets you oversee.
- Suggest and create plans to ensure stores are profitable.
- Coordinate hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and supervision for a staff of each outlet assigned to you.
- Work with the restaurant lead supervisor to develop unit specific goals and plans to achieve them.
