Our Story
- Seaworks Co was founded in Kuwait in 1991 as Mubarakia Marine Service Co., as a marine services contractor. We have expanded our activities to include Marine Construction, Ship Management, Heavy Equipment Rentals, and Earthworks.
- With the technology transfer scheme that the government of Kuwait had opted for; we initiated a long-term business plan to develop strong alliances with international companies for streamlining future projects in Kuwait. Our most notable relationship was established in 1996, with ITOCHU Corporation, a Japanese trading house, and this relationship developed into a very close strategic alliance for mutual business interests in Kuwait. This was further enhanced by establishing a long-term association with Tekfen Construction & Installation Company, and an agency agreement was signed in 2005 with Tekfen in Kuwait.
- Our parent company, Khalil Mahmoud Trading & Contracting Est. (KME) was established in 1953, primarily as a civil engineering and construction company, and has been classified as a Grade II contractor by the Central Tenders Committee since 1971 for civil construction and electrical works, which is the highest category given to local contractors working in Kuwait as category I is for international contractors. KME is best known for developing the State of Kuwait’s tenth district (Cities of Fahaheel, Ahmadi, Sabahiya, Mangaf, AbuHalifa, Fintas) by the construction of housing & commercial projects as well as relevant municipal infrastructure. In addition, KME pioneered the development of farming and mass agricultural production in Kuwait by implementing horticultural farming in the Wafra area.

1. Seaman
Responsibilities
Responsible for using emergency, lifesaving, damage control, and safety equipment on a merchant ship.
Performing general maintenance, repair, and sanitation duties, and standing watch to ensure the ship maintains a steady course.
2. Barge Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and direct deck crews, including crane operators and roustabouts, ensuring tasks are assigned efficiently.
- Oversee loading, storage, and monitoring of consumables, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure the proper operation of the barge's spud system (winches), which is driven into the seabed to provide stability.
- Prepare daily reports for fuel consumption and crew duties with their completed and ongoing tasks.
- Respond to emergencies and manage immediate actions to ensure safety and operational continuity.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and upgrades and maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the barge's deck.
- Enforce safety protocols, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and conduct or supervise emergency drills.
3. Procurement Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven background in construction, marine, or oil & gas industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
4. Lifting Supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in lifting equipment in the Oil and Gas Industry of which at least 3 years’ experience in inspection and certification activity in Gulf Countries.
- Shall be a qualified Engineer (Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical) and certified by Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) or an approved equivalent certification acceptable to Oil & Gas. 3. TUV certification is a must.
- Familiar with international lifting equipment standards and codes for performing inspection and certification.
- Must have offshore experience.
5. Technical Office Engineer
We at Seaworks Company are hiring for a Technical Office-Civil Engineer role for our company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory as a minimum qualification.
- Minimum 6* years in total and minimum 5* years in GCC countries (mandatory)
- Experience in marine works (preferred)
- Experience in earthworks (mandatory)
- Candidates who have office-based experience (mandatory) and site experience (preferred)
- Experience in tender preparation (mandatory)
6. Contracts Manager
We at Seaworks Company are urgently hiring for a Contracts Manager role.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In The Following
- Lead end-to-end tender processes, including bid preparation, pricing strategy, and tender submissions.
- Manage contract negotiations and oversee high-value contracts to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Analyze market trends, develop forecasts, and apply data-driven strategies to improve commercial performance.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives.
- Ensure contract profitability through strategic planning and financial analysis.

7. Crawler Crane Operator
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of marine experience operating crawler cranes (minimum 400 tons).
- Must hold a valid Certificate of Competence for crane operation issued by a certifying agency or an internationally recognized body acceptable to Qatargas.
- Proficient in understanding and communicating in English.
- Offshore experience is mandatory.
- Must have a valid Qatar or any GCC Crawler Crane Driving license
8. QA/QC Manager
Urgently Looking for a QA/QC Manager (Civil Background)
Requirements
- Educational: shall have a bachelor's degree in engineering in Civil or higher educational qualification in Engineering.
- Experience: shall have a minimum of 12-15 years of QA QC relevant experience in (e.g., civil & infrastructure projects), shall have a minimum of 5 years of management experience. Preferably be a registered lead auditor with IRCA, RABQSA, or equivalent minimum of 5 years of directly related to the inspection of construction activities in civil & infrastructure projects.
