Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategically sound conceptual thinking and high-quality copywriting across all brand channels (print, e-commerce, digital, social media, product, naming, etc.).
- Provide new creative thinking and high-level storytelling for agency campaigns and projects.
- Effectively present ideas and rationale for writing, concepts, and creative work both internally and externally.
- Organize work into presentations that communicate information efficiently.
- Develop verbal campaign elements such as scripts, headlines, and copy.
- Brainstorm ideas with Planning, Account Management, and creative teams to create and develop concepts.
- Provide creative ideas that fit clients’ needs.
- Conduct basic research to stay updated with latest communication trends.
- Develop an understanding of clients’ business, brands, and consumers.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or Art.
- 6+ years of experience in the advertising industry.
- Online portfolio demonstrating storytelling, copywriting, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines (internal and external).
- Experience working in a creative team environment.
- Ability to successfully present own work.
