1. Social Media Representative
Job Description:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- 5 years in Customer Service and 2 years same level.
2. Contact Center Representative
Job Description:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Read and Write both Arabic and English is a privilege.
3. Property Management Specialist
Job Description:
- The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of extensive experience in the Property Management with experience in following areas:
- Training the PM Team, analyze market conditions, identify new opportunities, and pursue leads for new projects.
- Formulating property management plans during annual planning and budgeting.
- Monitoring performance goals and re-strategize as and when needed.
- Handling PM audit reports.
4. Quantity Surveyor
Job Description:
- The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in the FMA field with the below qualifications:
- Able to create patch orders to buy any required materials and spare parts.
- Able to communicate with suppliers and get quotations as required.
- Able to do techno- commercial evaluation of received quotes.
- Experienced in of CAFM system.
- Able to upload purchased parts in CAFM and run monthly audit report.
- Able to manage the store team.
5. Security Manager
Job Description:
- with mandatory hands-on experience in handling large scale projects.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is a must.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in Security Management of large projects especially in infrastructure projects with a high concentration in facilities management.
- Minimum 3 years working in Arabian Gulf Region.
6. Leasing Agent
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of total experience out of which at least 3 years in a sales or leasing agent or similar role.
- Experience using property management systems, MS Office proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, marketing or similar.
- Bilingual, Excellent English.
7. ELV Engineers
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / ELV / Electronics.
- 8 to 10 years' relevant experience in FM Industry.
- Knowledge of Qatar Statutory Compliance requirements.
- Experience in contract management / project management.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
- Arabic mandatory.
- Minimum 3 Years' local experience in Qatar.
- Proven ability to work under pressure.
