Youll guide teams, manage timelines, control risks, and make sure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities
- Lead the overall project planning, management, and governance for Dhareeba 2.0.
- Build and maintain clear project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Create project charters, reporting structures, and risk management logs.
- Oversee progress reviews and provide updates to key stakeholders and authorities.
- Manage scope, budget, and timelines across all project workstreams and vendor teams.
- Identify and resolve risks or issues quickly while maintaining change control.

Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement activities for the Dhareeba 2.0 project.

- Prepare detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and perform as-is process assessments.
- Work with tax departments to standardize policies, processes, and user journeys.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance needs are captured in the system design.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead to prepare and review Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) for each module.
- Supervise and guide a team of Business Analysts, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm system alignment with business needs.
3. Change Management Lead – Dhareeba 2.0 Project
We are looking for a passionate Change Management Lead to guide the people's side of change for the Dhareeba 2.0 Project. In this role, you will help users adapt to new systems and ways of working. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs that help people understand and use the system with confidence. You will make learning easy and engaging for everyonefrom tax officers and accountants to agents and other users.
Your work will play a key role in helping teams adopt new tools and perform at their best.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of end-user training programs for Dhareeba 2.0.
- Assess training needs for different user groups such as tax officers, accountants, and agents.
- Develop a detailed Training Plan, including topics, schedule, and delivery methods (classroom, workshops, or e-learning).
- Create or oversee bilingual training materials such as user manuals, quick guides, videos, and FAQs in Arabic and English.
- Coordinate all training logistics and ensure smooth, role-based learning.
- Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare internal teams.
- After the system goes live, conduct refresher sessions and collect feedback to improve training and performance.
