Essential Functions of the Job:
- Overseeing the daily operation of the clinic; ensuring smooth workflow and high-standard service.
- Managing clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring that the clinic maintains an adequate inventory of medical supplies, medication, and equipment.
- Assisting in managing the clinic's budget and expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency in operations.
- Maintaining clinic satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health regulations and veterinary practices.
- Implementing operational strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient care.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent; or three to four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of veterinary medicine or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in practice management software and MS Office.
2. Veterinarian
