1. QA/QC Engineer
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC in the construction industry, with at least 5 years focused on Ashghal roads and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in managing quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and compliance documentation for large-scale infrastructure projects in Qatar.
- Certifications:
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
- Any additional certifications related to quality control in construction (preferred).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Ashghal specifications, Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), and international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, materials, methods, and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform detailed inspections, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools, including MS Office and project management software.
2. Project Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.
- At least eight (8) years of demonstrated project management experience in Qatar's roads, infrastructure, and drainage sectors, within a total of fifteen (15) years of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar's regulatory requirements, including Ashghal guidelines and permit procedures.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with government agencies or large infrastructure projects in Qatar.
- Locally available and visa transferable
