1. Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:
  • Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
  • Convert the window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
  • Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program of the company for repeat sales
  • Serve Customers with the highest standards and follow the company guideline of selling ( GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank)
  • Must be updated about the various brands of the group for suggestive selling to the customers Grooming / Attitude / Knowledge
  • Must be presentable and well-groomed at all the times
  • Flexible to work for extended hours during the Sale period
  • Must possess up to date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.

  • Merchandise:
  • Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed in order to attract customers and also as per standard layout norms
  • Ensure all VM guidelines are followed and all Stock Norms on clearance are maintained.
  • Record the inventory inward / outward and maintain the report of the same Process
  • Handle the POS (Point of Sale) / Billing Counter efficiently
  • Tally  money in the cash till during the beginning / end of the shifts
  • Issue receipts / refunds / change to the customers correctly
  • Process the payments by cash / credit cards / vouchers / automatic debits
  • Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence

2. Manager Regional Brand Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Profitability
  • Drive store-level performance by achieving key retail metrics including Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Transaction Value (ATV), sales per square foot, and overall sales turnover.
  • Set and monitor monthly and yearly sales targets, ensuring profitability is maximized across all stores in the assigned region.
  • Support Area and Store Managers in optimizing store performance, productivity, and customer experience through effective resource utilization.
  • Control operational expenditures and contribute to cost-efficiency initiatives, including process automation and technology adoption.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), loss prevention guidelines, and operational compliance across all locations.
  • Stock Management
  • Coordinate with Planning, Buying, and Brand teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and stock availability in stores.
  • Review and act on inventory performance, including slow-moving and aged stock, and implement corrective strategies where needed.
  • Monitor shrinkage and implement preventive measures to safeguard company assets.
  • Store Design and Projects Management
  • Contribute to the design, layout, and timely execution of new store openings and refurbishment projects.
  • Collaborate with project and visual teams to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure smooth handover and setup of stores during pre-opening and launch phases.
  • Communication
  • Organize regular regional sales and operations reviews to discuss performance, business objectives, and action plans.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with Area Managers and store teams, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Ensure active brand participation in loyalty and engagement programs such as Club Apparel.

3. Merchandiser

This position assists the Brand Manager in planning product and assortment strategies that meet or exceed financial goals. It involves coordinating all activities related to the allocation and delivery of merchandise across stores in the region, supporting pre-season financial planning, in-season forecasting, open-to-buy management, and budgeting for new store openings. The role also ensures a balanced collection at store level, along with timely replenishments and inter-store transfers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing merchandise plans for categories based on historical trends, sales performance, and future outlooks provided by the brand team.
  • Analyze store profiles using key reports such as stock weeks, sales blend, and inventory by grade to support allocation decisions.
  • Execute in-season stock analysis and balancing, markdown management, and stock vs. sales performance reviews.
  • Plan merchandise mix and execute initial allocations and reserve management based on pre-distribution plans.
  • Finalize seasonal assortment plans and size run books in collaboration with the Senior Merchandiser.
  • Monitor competitor brands' product lines, pricing, and category developments.
  • Ensure compliance with stock ageing standards and maintain stock turns in line with company policy.
  • Support margin negotiations, order placements, and stock distribution decisions.
  • Monitor bestsellers and slow movers, taking timely actions to drive performance.
  • Track actual sales versus forecasts and coordinate inventory checks and replenishments based on store-level needs and upcoming events.
  • Conduct regular market visits with the Brand Manager to assess store execution and gather competitor intelligence.
  • Provide post-season feedback reports on product categories.
  • Participate in seasonal markdown and sales planning in collaboration with the Category/Brand Manager.

4. Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the brands assigned and manage the marketing services function to support the brand and ensure that all above and below the line materials are delivered within budget and that the content and quality of all communications enhance the brand and grow the business in line with brand objectives.
  • Responsible for campaigns for existing and new stores, building and maintaining media relationships and ensuring effective communications with agencies in all markets.
  • Brand Management

  • Hospitality and Guest Service 
  • Provides important visual cues for guests that make a positive first impression E.g. wearing proper career wear that is clean and neatly pressed, maintaining a clean parking lot/exterior and a clean and inviting dining room. 
  • Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure coffee and products are always fresh and always accurate. 
  • Delivers consistent and outstanding guest service through friendly attitude, attentive behavior and strong product knowledge. 
  • Enhances the guest experience by following the S.E.T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You. 
  • Uses proper procedures to ensure the accuracy of every order for every guest. 
  • Ensures every    guest receives a prompt and warm greeting within 5 seconds at front counter and drive-thru. 
  • Maintains speed of service targets by working efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet guests’ needs. 
  • Promptly executes service recovery for any guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the guest, regardless of involvement in the issue. 
  • Listens carefully to guests and apologizes for the experience in the case of a complaint. Store Operations 
  • Follows all Operations standards and guidelines for preparation of products according to training and instructional materials provided. 
  • Prepares all products as required, following the order monitor to ensure the accuracy of every order. 
  • Communicates showcase and product needs to ensure proper product availability for guests. 
  • Regularly takes temperatures of the required products and records in the Time & Temperature Log. Policies and Procedures 
  • Participates in and attends all store meetings and other related functions. 
  • Follows all restaurant policies, procedures and standards. 
  • Maintains the front counter by keeping it clean, organized, stocked and ready for rush periods in the restaurant. 
  • Follows proper hand washing techniques and all sanitation guidelines; completes all sanitation tasks as outlined by the Store Manager. Cashiering 
  • Receives payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits. 
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change to the customers correctly. 
  • Count money in the cash till at the beginning of the shifts to ensure that amount is correct and there is adequate change. 
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas. Health & Safety 
  • Works in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.
