1. PDS Administrator
The candidate must experienced PDS Administrator to manage, maintain, and support Intergraph’s Plant Design System (PDS) environment for multi-discipline engineering projects. The role involves setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of the PDS project database, as well as coordination with various engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration and data consistency. The candidate should have a strong understanding of PDS architecture, project setup, and SmartPlant suite integration..
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure PDS projects including project schemas, seed files, and reference data.
- Administer project databases, user access, and design area management.
- Manage discipline modules such as Equipment, Piping, Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PDS, Oracle/SQL databases as applicable.
- Support designers and engineers in resolving PDS software or project-related issues.
- Coordinate with IT for software installation, patching, and license management.
- Perform backups, data recovery, and system performance monitoring.
- Customize project specifications, report formats, isometric extraction, and MTO setups.
- Conduct clash detection and ensure data integrity between PDS, MicroStation, and SmartPlant Review (SPR).
- Provide user training, technical guidance, and maintain project documentation.
- Capable to handle all the administrator activities individually, ensuring project environments run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in PDS administration and multi-discipline support.
- In-depth knowledge of PDS architecture, Oracle/SQL databases, and MicroStation environment.
- Experience in project setup, customization, and reference data management.
- Familiar with SmartPlant Review (SPR) and Navisworks review (NWD).
- Understanding of piping design, equipment modeling, and engineering workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience on S3D and E3D platforms will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills with multi-discipline teams.
2. QHSE Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QHSE Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across all projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define policies and strategies for Quality Management and HSE, reporting to Top Management.
- Identify and implement new quality concepts and best practices.
- Review and approve Project Quality Plans and HSE Plans prepared by Project Managers.
- Prepare and review project procedures including PQP, ITP, QA/QC procedures, and monitor their implementation.
- Review and analyze method statements and associated risk assessments for critical activities.
- Participate in Integrated Management System (IMS) internal audits to proactively identify non-conformities and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
- Analyze customer satisfaction reports and manage customer complaints.
- Review contractor documentation and audit compliance with contract requirements.
- Implement Quality Assurance processes aligned with client and company standards.
- Develop and execute quality assurance action plans; enhance productivity, quality, and customer service; resolve issues and implement system improvements.
- Conduct risk assessments for specific jobs and critical activities.
- Coordinate and deliver training to process owners and executors on IMS policies, procedures, and core processes.
- Prepare quality reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- Prepare quality assurance action plans; implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identify and resolve problems; determine system improvements; and implement changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in GCC with min. 5 years experience in QA/QC
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Relevant third party auditing experience for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Nebosh IGC certification is added advantages

Key Responsibilities
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum 5 years of relevant design experience.
- Proven experience with consultancy firms in the design of wastewater networks.
- Proficient in preparing design reports, hydraulic models, discharge calculations, and network planning.
- Hands-on experience in using SewerGEMS and other relevant hydraulic design software.
- Familiar with gravity systems, force mains, and pump station design, including coordination with mechanical, electrical, structural, and instrumentation teams.
- Capable of producing and reviewing detailed pipeline profiles, including gravity and pressure systems.
- Competent in performing clash detection/analysis and leading the resolution process during design development.
- Able to develop design alternatives and system optimization strategies to meet performance, cost, and sustainability objectives.
- Strong skills in design coordination, quality control, and compliance with client/authority specifications.
- Experience working with GCC authorities and familiarity with their standards, codes, and approval procedures, especially in Qatar.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and successful project outcomes.
- Previous project experience in Qatar, UAE, KSA, or other GCC countries.
- Understanding of local authority requirements (e.g., Ashghal, etc.).
