1. HSE Officers
We are looking to hire a qualified and competent safety officer with complete NEBOSH who will be responsible for the health and safety of staff in the workplace.
Safety Officer Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or an associate degree.
- With Complete NEBOSH
- Registration as a Health and Safety Officer.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
Safety Officer Responsibilities:
- Compile safety programs.
- Practice safe working techniques.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
- Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.

2. Onsite Project Manager
Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events and activities at the designated venue. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and security, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional experience for attendees. The Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact for vendors, and team members, ensuring all aspects of the installation/dismantling run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee all venue operations before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate with assignees to understand project requirements and deliver services accordingly.
- Prepare and implement project schedules – including buildup and installation – by coordinating with team members and ensuring timely execution of all planned activities.
- Supervise and manage onsite staff while liaising with internal team members and people in charge (head of production, branding specialist, etc).
- Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are maintained at all times.
- Manage logistics, including setup, teardown, and equipment handling.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events promptly, and report back to management accordingly.

3. Rebar Detailer
Job Responsibilities:
- A complete study of the project, understanding the technical documents, engineer/client requirements, and the relevant code.
- The role includes the preparation of Structural General Arrangement drawings using the software.
- CADS RC software for Rebar detailing and BBS
- Preparation of 2D - Rebar Detailing Drawings & Checking for structural members like Pile, Pile Cap, Column, Basement Slab, Beams, Basement Raft Slab, Basement Floor Slab, Basement Intermediate Slab, Basement Roof Slab, Basement Staircase, Using Auto CAD & Dfma Software.
- Making Quantities and Checking of Structural Basement Members and Stations all above Structures.
- Prepare shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) in accordance with BS.
- Finalize detailed drawing for submission and construction issues ·
- Coordinate Structural, Architectural, and MEP details to incorporate into builders' work drawings
- Maintain the Register/Log of shop drawing submission and contractor shop drawing.
- Monitor production and delivery status of Fabricated Reinforcement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate offshore cranes for loading, unloading, and transferring equipment, materials, and supplies to and from vessels and platforms.
- Conduct pre-use inspections, routine maintenance, and function tests of cranes and lifting gear.
- Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and in compliance with the company’s lifting plans and procedures.
- Coordinate with Deck Foreman, Rigging Crew, and other departments to plan and execute lifting activities.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance.
- Report any equipment malfunction, near misses, or safety incidents immediately to the Supervisor.
- Support general deck operations when crane work is not required.
- Participate actively in safety meetings, drills, and toolbox talks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating offshore cranes.
- Certified Offshore Crane Operator.
- Thorough knowledge of lifting operations and offshore safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and equipment specifications.
- QE (LNG) APPROVED
6. Architectural BIM Modeler
The Modeler will be responsible for supporting architectural design and construction documentation by creating, updating, and maintaining detailed drawings and BIM models.
This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, adherence to technical standards, and ensuring the integrity and quality of design documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, revision, and maintenance of BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
- Generate detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations based on preliminary sketches, engineering calculations, specifications, and site data.
- Produce construction documentation, shop drawings, and deliverables for fabrication and construction purposes.
- Ensure models and drawings comply with applicable codes, by-laws, space, and site requirements.
- Develop BIM models with accurate parameters and attributes for quantification and 4D simulation.
- Coordinate and integrate structural, electrical, mechanical, and other design disciplines into architectural plans.
- Identify and report design discrepancies or clashes to BIM Coordinators or senior team members.
- Prepare and maintain records of design changes, site modifications, and approved revisions; compile as-built drawings in collaboration with relevant disciplines.
- Supervise and coordinate work of junior draftspersons, technicians, and technologists, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Represent the architect on construction sites, providing guidance on design interpretation and compliance with specifications.
- Perform site measurements and assemble data required for completing design work.
- Collaborate with document control teams to ensure accurate submissions and backups of drawings and models.
