1. Senior IT Manager

The IT Senior Manager is responsible to evaluate and implement technology solutions to support the fundraising and administrative support services. This is a hands-on position with responsibilities that range from strategic and long-range planning and implementation of a system-wide technology solution, to providing one-on-one, and group training and support. The position is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of the IT infrastructure and Systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops and communicates a vision and roadmap for an optimized and productive business operation at the group based on the business objectives.
  • Evaluates, recommend and drive the implementation and rollout of technology and tools based on the defined roadmap.
  • Is responsible for operating a variety of business systems such as communications and collaboration, support, and operational functions
  • Leads the efforts across the company to standardize, harmonize and automate business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Owns the system IT systems security and compliance. Partnering with the Security Officer develops and manages security controls, and disaster recovery planning, and implements technology training, IT, and business policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable security standards including preparing all required compliance documentation for IT-related audits, security assessments, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Partnering with the engineering and RandD teams identifies and implement solutions to facilitate the product release process. - Develops, tracks, and reports operational SLA and metrics.
  • Monitors IT system operations, manages and resolves incidents according to the defined SLA Hires, leads, and mentors talented IT professionals.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with service providers and vendors to manage third-party systems and services.
  • Develops and leads a service desk process to support on-site and remote users.
  • Manages IT budget and expenses.
  • Provide detailed progress reports and project updates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Interfaces with end-customers to ascertain requirements and develop solution-based approaches that maximize end-customer benefit most cost-effectively.

2. Document Controller

The Document Controller ensures that the organization documents, contracts, correspondence letters, agreements, commercial documents, samples, method statements are properly received and accurately recorded in a worthy manner which will be distributed internally/externally as per approved distribution matrix to concern departments, discipline, stakeholder etc. The role leads in adopting Company quality policy and procedures throughout service with Company by keeping aware of basic ISO standards which helps to maintain and follow consistency methodology in projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized and efficient document control system, including both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming documents to relevant departments or personnel in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, classified, and stored according to established procedures and standards.
  • Monitor document revisions and updates, ensuring that the latest versions are readily available to authorized users.
  • Assist in the creation, formatting, and editing of documents as needed, including ensuring compliance with document templates and standards.
  • Facilitate document review and approval processes, tracking progress and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Perform regular audits and quality checks on document management processes to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on document control procedures and systems.
  • Generate reports and metrics related to document control activities, such as document status, distribution, and access logs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information, adhering to privacy regulations and Company policies.
  • Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies

3. Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible to assist in determining all commercial legal activities of the Group and to help ensure that they are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and charters of the companies within the Group. The role assists in assessing, controlling, and determining legal information to all stakeholders (e.g., cases, statutes, and regulations). Giving accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics. Collaborating with management to devise efficient defense strategies. Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of PIH’s vision, mission and strategy and lead the development of the business unit’s strategy ensuring its alignment with the broader objectives of the organization.
  • Advise, prepare, draft, review, comment and/or negotiate complex contractual documents, and other relevant legal documentation for local or international EPC projects.
  • Participate in the review and negotiation process of various tenders and contracts with clients and also have experience of negotiating and finalizing MOUs, NDAs, consortium agreement, joint ventures, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Provide legal advice and opinions on risks and related commercial issues.
  • Assist in supporting general business law issues and managing the legal issues of all areas of the Company, including but not limited to corporate matters, procurement, safety, security, insurance and sustainability issues.
  • Determine the legal risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operations.
  • Assess the compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that the awareness of business employees for compliance with relevant laws and regulations is created and maintained in an effective manner.

4. Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst performs economic/financial research and analyses as assigned for use in the development of business strategies and tactics and in subsequent appraisal of results. Prepares statistical studies and economic forecasts of business conditions and trends and draws relevant conclusions. The role interprets results and provides alternatives for further consideration   

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis on Company financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess financial performance and trends.
  • Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis findings to support strategic decision-making and planning.
  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and board members.
  • Support financial planning and budgeting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data, assisting in the development of budgets and forecasts, and monitoring actual performance against budgeted targets.
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual financial results and budgeted or forecasted amounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases and investment proposals by analyzing financial feasibility, return on investment (ROI), and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's financial performance and strategies.
  • Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies
