1. Safety Officers
Job Description:
- Follow and monitor procedures and standers in the compliance with Qatari Lobar laws and company regulations.
- Conduct regular inspection of workplace, tools and equipment to identify hazards and ensure safe practices.
- Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
- Conduct safety induction and training sessions for employees and contractors.
- Ensure proper use of PPE across all plants.
- Coordinate with QHSE manger to maintain compliance with ISO HSE and regulatory requirements.
2. Infrastructure And Civil Drafters
Job Description:
- Draft detailed civil drawings for roads, utilities, drainage, and site development.
- Prepare plans, sections, profiles, and as-built drawings.
- Use AutoCAD (and optionally Civil 3D, MicroStation) to develop layouts.
- Coordinate with engineers to incorporate design changes and technical details.
- Maintain drawing standards and ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Assist in preparing shop drawings and submission packages.
- Archive and update drawing files as per QA/QC procedures.
- Review consultant/client markups and update accordingly.
- Ensure accuracy, scaling, and completeness in all drawings.
3. MEP Manager
Job Description:
- Bachelor Degree In Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 - 10 Years In MEP Management Experience
- Strong knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, firefighting and Electrical systems.
- Familiarity wit local codes and international MEP standers
- Excellent leadership, communication and organization skills
- UPDA Certification is mandatory
- VALID QID
