1. Audio Visual Engineer
Job description
- Programing of control systems, such as Crestron, Extron and AMX
- Programing & Configuration of Audio & Video Systems such as Extron, Biamp, Clearone, Crestron Etc
- LED Videowall Installation and configurations such as Barco, NEC ETC
- Assessment and management of the site to ensure the safety and effectiveness of AV equipment's
- Leading a team of AV Installation team/technicians in ensuring the completion of projects
- Assisting in acclimating AV setup to any changes in needs or circumstances
- Testing & Commissioning of AV Projects
Skills
- Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- BE- Computer science, Electronics engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of recent experience
- Crestron Master level Programmer & AMX ACE certifications preferred Creston DMC-E certifications preferred
- CTS or CTS-I strongly certifications preferred
- With Valid QID and NOC
- Local Hire Only
2. L2 Network Engineer
We’re seeking an experienced Level 2 Network Engineer to provide advanced technical support and service assurance across a wide range of wired and wireless telecom products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and application issues.
- Configure and support routers, switches, and related devices.
- Review and action incidents and requests escalated from Level 1 support.
- Provide remote support to customers and onsite engineers.
- Collaborate with vendors and escalation teams for complex issues.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and change management practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MPLS, VPNs, and IP network troubleshooting.
- Experience with multi-vendor telecom equipment.
- Familiarity with ITIL, configuration management, and service assurance.
