1. Electrical Foreman
Job Description:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and helpers at site.
- Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks according to project requirements.
- Ensure electrical works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and QCS / Kahramaa standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers and other trades (civil, mechanical, instrumentation) to avoid work clashes.
- Monitor site progress and report daily updates to the Engineer / Project Manager.
- Oversee installation of electrical systems such as cable trays, conduits, wiring, lighting, power distribution, switchgear, DBs, MCC panels, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformity to design and safety standards.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company safety policies and relevant electrical safety standards.
- Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices among workers.
- Report and assist in investigating any site incidents or near misses.
- Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors for work sequencing and priority setting.
- Attend site coordination and toolbox meetings.
- Guide workers in technical aspects and ensure understanding of drawings and installation details.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical works (construction, maintenance, or substation / transmission projects).
2. Electrical Engineer
Job Description:
- Plan and oversee day-to-day project execution, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to the client.
- Identify and resolve design and material issues by coordinating with consultants and clients to ensure correct specifications.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Engineering, Marketing, Procurement, and Quality, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and customers for equipment drawing/scheme approvals and ensure the timely delivery of materials to the site.
- Prepare and obtain client approval for the Bill of Materials (BoM) and Measurement Sheets (MS).
- Manage all permits, site modifications and supervision-related documentation.
- Maintain and coordinate project documents related to the substation project, ensuring timely approval from clients, contractors and other agencies.
- Review and validate certifications, shop drawings, IFC drawings, red mark-up drawings, as-built drawings, project dossiers, and progress reports.
- Attend client, project, and contractor/subcontractor meetings to resolve technical issues.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve site execution challenges.
- Interface with clients and contractors for material approval, testing, commissioning, and defect list resolutions.
- Ensure proper communication and resolution of execution-related issues while keeping the client informed.
- Track project activities and clearances from relevant parties.
- Obtain and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) approvals for various site activities.
- Monitor project close-out processes to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate system operations during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) and address any required modifications or rectifications.
3. Industrial Electrician
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician with proven experience in electrical installation, commissioning and maintenance of high-voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in substation/transformer installation, GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) systems in an industrial or utility setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing and commissioning of substations and power transformers.
- Working with GIS equipment, including assembly and dismantling tasks.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and layout drawings.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams on site to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

4. Electrical Helper
Job Description:
- Assist electricians in installing electrical wiring, conduits, cables, lighting systems, and fixtures.
- Prepare, organize, and clean work areas, tools, and materials before and after work.
- Pull wires through conduits and assist in terminating cables under supervision.
- Support troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Load, unload, and transport electrical materials, tools, and equipment as directed.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Ensure tools and materials are properly handled and stored to prevent damage or loss.

- Replace defective components such as lamps, ballasts, contactors, and switches.
