This includes analyzing survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects, preparing cost estimates, and using design software for planning and development.
A Grade C UPDA license indicates that the candidate has between 5-7 years of verified experience in the engineering field in Qatar.
The role also involves managing construction sites and ensuring projects adhere to safety regulations, specifications, and timelines.

The Civil Foreman will supervise and coordinate the daily on-site activities of construction workers and subcontractors for civil works.
This involves directing tasks, managing labor and equipment, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and construction plans, resolving on-site issues, and communicating with project managers and engineers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive practical experience in civil construction and strong leadership skills.

The Driver will operate a manlift within the controlled environment of an airport, requiring a special Airside Vehicle Operating Permit (AVOP) in addition to a standard heavy vehicle license. This role involves transporting personnel and equipment to elevated work areas safely and efficiently while adhering to strict airport and safety regulations.
The driver must have a clean driving record and be familiar with the protocols and procedures of operating in a sensitive airside environment.

The Salesman will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service in a building materials shop.
