1. Procurement Engineer – Fit-Out & Construction
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer with a solid background in fit-out and general contracting within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services essential for construction projects. This role requires deep market knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.
- Identify material requirements based on project specifications and BOQs.
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and technical teams for procurement needs.
- Vendor & Supplier Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Material & Equipment Procurement:
- Source and procure materials for fit-out works (e.g., joinery, MEP fixtures, finishes, furniture, lighting, etc.) and general construction items (e.g., concrete, steel, mechanical components).
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Maintain cost control measures by comparing vendor quotes and ensuring adherence to project budgets.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and track procurement costs.
- Logistics & Delivery Coordination:
- Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics teams for timely receipt of goods.
- Follow up with vendors on shipping, documentation, and customs clearance (if applicable).

2. Project Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Senior Project Manager with a strong background in fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of managerial experience in leading high-value commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail fit-out projects. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of fit-out and construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
