1. Associate - Insurance Approval
Role and Responsibilities:
- Insurance Approval:
- Greet and welcome guests with compassionate smile as soon as they arrive at the Insurance desk.
- Mediator between the provider (NMC) and the INS / TPA to obtain the pre-approvals, whenever required through the valid process of email or online submission.
- Policy or Network changes should be updated in the system and instructions should give to the concerned departments (Claim Submission Departments).
- Patient’s queries are addressed efficiently with valid information.
- Doctor’s and other staffs queries on insurance should addressed effectively with proper guideline.
- Covered / Non covered services should be updated along with Claim Submission Dept. as per the table of benefits.
- Information desk for all insurance related inquiries to the public and Pharmacy coverage related inquiries should be addressed.
- Support the billing activities, whenever required.
- Patient payable amount to be calculated and informed the patient and the billing cashiers as per the approval / Insurance card.
- Client / Patient Relations (general).
2. Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients
- Monitor and assess patient health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
