- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Technician specializing in Wet Utilities to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, ensuring efficient and accurate project delivery.
- Develop and manage wet utilities BIM models for gravity and pressure systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Produce drawing deliverables at various Levels of Development (LOD 100 to LOD 500) based on project requirements and industry standards.
- Utilize Dynamo for computational design, automation, and optimization of BIM workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM models into the overall design process.
- Utilize Part Builder and advanced catalog editing tools to customize and optimize BIM components as needed.
- Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and client expectations.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating design changes and revisions as necessary.

Provide leadership and direction to the Contracts Management and Commercial Management Teams.
