- Mohammed Al Emadi is a Qatari businessman, born in Qatar in the year 1964 and educated in its schools. He attended many training courses in marketing and organizing exhibitions in both the USA and UK.
- Since his childhood, he was inclined to business where he accompanied his father to the old Souq known as “Souq Waqif ” in which his father owned a carpet and furniture shop. This is where he was taught the principles of trade and the ethics of a trader from his honesty, sincerity, and patience, as well as several practical skills which helped prepare him for his successful business journey. He described this experience as a fingerprint’ on his life. In 1990, he established his very first company “Albaz advertising” which worked in the field of advertising and organizing exhibitions. In the year 1999, he entered the field of real estate development, so Al-Emadi Real Estate Projects Company was established.
- With his insight and expertise, the company grew rapidly and achieved great success by investing in the best real estate projects and providing the best services in the field of real estate investment. The company started with only 2 employees, and today has more than 1,000 employees and workers. It became one of the largest real estate development companies in Qatar.
- In 2004 the company got involved in the residential sector especially after Qatar was assigned to organize the Asian Games in 2006, Al Emadi enterprises provided more than two thousand residential units in the best locations and most distinctive buildings.
- Since then, the company focused on quality and excellence in the selection of sites and buildings. In order to meet the needs of the Qatari market, it developed rapidly and became Al Emadi group of companies, including Stone, Solar, Leathers, Media, fire Systems, Carpentry, hospitality, IT Informatics, Alhazm, and Darzi.
- The group of companies had various achievements year after year, but the most significant achievement was Alhazm; a luxury district inspired by his travels to Italy and his love for architecture and details characterized by authentic classical architecture, distinct brands, and unique restaurants and cafés.
