The role ensures compliance with local regulations, client requirements (Ashghal), and company HSE standards to promote a safe working environment on all project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce the project-specific HSE Plan, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), Ashghal HSE requirements, and local regulatory standards.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and non-compliances.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as excavation, trenching, road works, heavy equipment operation, lifting, hot works, confined spaces, and traffic diversions.
- Ensure proper work permits (PTW), Method Statements, and Risk Assessments are followed.
