1. HSE Officer

The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental systems on roads and infrastructure projects. The role ensures compliance with local regulations, client requirements (Ashghal), and company HSE standards to promote a safe working environment on all project sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce the project-specific HSE Plan, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), Ashghal HSE requirements, and local regulatory standards.
  • Conduct daily site safety inspections and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and non-compliances.
  • Monitor high-risk activities such as excavation, trenching, road works, heavy equipment operation, lifting, hot works, confined spaces, and traffic diversions.
  • Ensure proper work permits (PTW), Method Statements, and Risk Assessments are followed.
