1. Facade Draftsman
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Façade Draftsman to produce precise technical drawings and fabrication details for a wide range of façade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in façade design and drafting, and a solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed facade drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Develop shop drawings and fabrication drawings for curtain walls, aluminum systems, cladding panels, and glazing assemblies
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce coordinated facade drawings
- Work closely with facade engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy
- Revise drawings based on markups and coordination feedback
- Assist in the preparation of materials take-offs and quantity estimates based on approved drawings.
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation according to project standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, facade standards, and client specifications
2. Tekla Modeler
We are looking for a skilled TEKLA Modeler to join our engineering/drafting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Tekla Structures to create accurate and detailed 3D models of structural steel, precast concrete, or rebar components. You will be responsible for producing shop drawings, erection drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) based on client and engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of structural steel components using Tekla Structures.
- Create and manage models for fabrication and erection, including all connections, assemblies, and associated detailing.
- Model complete facade assemblies including brackets, anchors, mullions, transoms, cladding panels, and fixings.
- Generate shop drawings, erection drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs) directly from Tekla models.
- Perform material take-offs and ensure model data is aligned with fabrication requirements.
- Collaborate with structural engineers, detailers, and fabrication teams to resolve design issues and ensure constructability.
- Maintain model accuracy through various design revisions and project phases.
- Ensure all work complies with project standards, industry codes, and client specifications.
3. SAP Functional Tax And Revenue Management Expert - Arabic Speaker
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct As-Is analysis and document current processes (in English and Arabic),
- Perform requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders (in English and Arabic)
- Design and document To-Be processes
- Facilitate and lead design workshops
- Prepare Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
- Develop Solution Design Documents
