1. Project Manager-For an immediate replacement task
Project Manager will be responsible to manage the project execution in accordance with contract
requirements and with the implementation of the company quality and HSE system within allocated Budget.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct Construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Monitoring project with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Co-coordinating weekly meeting with construction projects manager for review of progress and site issue.
- Monitor the work done by Projects Manager & Quality team to ensure the Construction Quality System & the compliance.
- Monitoring the work done by Project Manager for Progress schedule.
- Ensure that the Project Manager has met the contractual conditions of performance.
- Coordinate with Project Manager in regards to Fortnightly Backlog & look ahead plans, Construction Schedule Review & take necessary steps (Catch up plan) to meet the critical Activities deadlines.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead along with the Projects manager to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
- Coordinate with Project Manager in regards to Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
- Follow escalation mechanism to address any critical issues.
- Coordinate with Project Manager in regards to ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Monitor construction projects and contractual regulations for occupational health and environmental protection according to "HSE Program Site.
- Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Quality department requirements and Audits.
2. Electrical Engineer
Electrical Engineer plans, controls and monitors the actual execution of all electrical/low current related works of the project, to ensure that the project will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work on implementations and monitoring of all electrical/low current related works at site to provide safe & acceptable works.
- Review design packages & contracts, schedule for completion & correction prior to implementation at the site.
- Work on detailed engineering produced by contractors such as show drawings, materials, calculations etc.
- Site quality control & work inspections acceptance for various electrical works including testing & commissioning.
- Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
- Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
- Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
3. Project Design Manager
Project Design Manager is to plan Design project and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost- effective manner. Will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects & supervision team management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and engineering teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary design teams, including civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers.

- Ensure that the contractor is using the proper materials at site according the specification.
- Ensure that the contractor makes all the tests needed for materials and different work aspects according specification, laws and regulations.
5. BIM Engineer /Replacment Task /Immediate Joinig
BIM Engineer is responsible for delivering a business’s technology strategy and promoting the benefits of digital ways of working. He may support a small team, ensuring that projects run smoothly, and project information models are delivered on time. The role involves working closely with BIM coordinators who are responsible for managing the digital process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acting as the intermediary between designers, clients, and architects so that projects remain efficient and effective.
- Working closely with BIM coordinators, who are responsible for producing project information models.
- Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project.
- Completing supply chain assessments.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- To perform all the planning/scheduling activities that are required to be conducted for the project, as guided by Project Manager.
- Prepare project master program and review/comment/approve the baseline schedule, prepared and submitted by the contractor, taking into consideration the identification of craft labor /equipment /material /cash requirements by time period.
- Assists in providing input and analyses from the planning perspective on market/protocol design issues.
- Structures appropriate planning studies and sensitivity analyses to determine the need for improvements and evaluate proposed projects, including technical and financial analyses.
- Claim analysis of delay to project objectives, evaluation & recommendation.
