1. ELV Project Engineer

The responsibility is to assist in Testing and Commissioning field operations support for our engineers, technician and clients.
The Operations Dept. is responsible for overall Testing & Commissioning management including bid tendering, contractor selection, cost tracking, field operations, field supervision, quality control, data analysis, as well as HSE management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides new and innovative solutions to our clients needs by proposing advance techniques for testing and commissioning activities as per best practices available globally.
  • Provide on the job and class room training to the team and update them for any latest change in technology and methodology.
  • Develops and creates Dept. Plans at the onset of all field operations.
  • Work with HSE Engineer in support of safety programme.
  • Travels to worksites to conduct safety audits of various sub contractors.

2. Facilities Management Coordinator

The Facilities Management Coordinator  is responsible for overall facility management coordination and maintain all the documentation related to Facilities Management.  This position will be working with vendors and facility management personnel while overseeing general facilities maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance schedules, to ensure the efficient functioning of building systems and equipment.
  • Manage facility budgets, expenditures, and contracts with vendors to optimize cost-effectiveness and resource utilization.

3. Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator assists project managers in organizing ongoing projects, including monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. The role ensures all paperwork and processes are followed during the project lifecycle. The role holder is also a liaison for the Company and will have regular contact with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and ensure project progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence, organizing and updating records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings, documenting meeting minutes and action items to track progress and decisions.
  • Assist in the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, coordinating deliveries and logistics to ensure timely availability and utilization.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control standards and procedures, conducting inspections and audits to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on financial performance, identifying variances and contributing to cost control efforts.
  • Identify and assess project risks, such as safety hazards, schedule delays, and budget overruns, developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impacts on project outcomes.

4. Senior Facilities Management Supervisor

Is in charge of operations for a manufacturing site or office buildingInspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide supervision and leadership to Maintenance Technicians 
  • Conduct quality control inspections of all aspects of Facilities Management. 
  • To develop and deliver Preventive Maintenance programs 
  • Keeps the facility running efficiently by overseeing both personnel and equipment

5. Facilities Management Operations Director

The Facilities Management Operations Director maintain the keep up services of the Company's properties/facilities within the quality standard and budget. Manage the maintenance activities of the Company's facilities. Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing building operations and services. Analyze utility bills and energy output, allocates office space to departments, purchases equipment, and maintain appearance of building. This position also assists in the development of policies and procedures affecting usage of the facilities management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance teams in planning, implementing and adhering to the approved policies, procedures and schedules to ensure that the Company's objectives and needs are met.
  • Manage and prioritize maintenance and repair needs. Directly or through supervision of workers or external vendors complete all required work. Oversee selection and on-going contracts with outside vendors for regular maintenance issues.
  • Manages the Health and Safety for the Facilities and the facilities team, ensuring a safe working and learning environment in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Manage the day to day management and coordination of all maintenance and cleaning tasks, ensuring all works are completed on time, maximizing availability and minimizing the potential for any risk and downtime
  • Inspect completed work for conformance to quality standards, specifications. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet organizational needs. Coordinate all required building inspections. Complete and maintain necessary documentation and reports for compliance.
  • Ensures all statutory maintenance inspections and maintenance works required are carried out as defined in the planned preventative maintenance schedules (all work to be consistent with all relevant environmental, safety and performance standards).
  • Develop and implements a business (service) plan with relevant performance indicators to achieve the business objectives and targets using comprehensive financial and management information systems to effectively monitor and report on performance and continuous improvements.
