1. Food Safety and Hygiene Officer
Job Description:
- Implementing systems on site and conducting checks to ensure that all food handlers practice good food and personal hygiene when preparing food
- Ensuring that food handlers observe and follow systems in place
- Overseeing the cleanliness of the food premises
- Following and enforcing all sanitation procedures in the central kitchen
- Monitoring all workstations and dressing procedures in the central kitchen
- Creating checklists that the site can adhere to during food safety checks
- Ensuring Food Hygiene and Sanitation SOP’s at all production areas, dishwashing utilities, receiving and storage areas
- Conducting daily inspection regarding hygiene and sanitation conditions of all production, storage areas etc.
- Implmentation of pest management program
- Conducting in house audits
- Coordinating with engineering department to implement preventive and corrective maintenance
- Solving any problems/issues related to food safety
2. Storekeeper - PMV
In this role, your primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and control the PMV stores and stock in a professional manner, ensuring prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to the concerned business units. This includes, but is not limited to, ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and securing maintenance items in line with departmental requirements and company policies.
Job Description:
- Manage the PMV stores independently, including receiving, issuance, transfers, stocking, ordering, and overall material control.
- Ensure adequate stock levels to minimize both overstocking and unnecessary petty cash purchases.
- Exercise strict control and management over petty cash purchases related to PMV requirements.
- Apply stores knowledge, including ROQ, MOL, locator management, and locator capacity.
- Maintain strong familiarity with PMV-related spare parts and consumables to facilitate procurement, technical evaluation, capacity management, and salvage handling (receipt and resale where applicable).
- Guide the PMV team on proper processes for material requests and transfers; reject or return for correction any incomplete or inaccurate requests.
- Provide technical expertise in system management and offer valuable inputs to improve processes and efficiency.
3. Labour Welfare Officer
Job Description:
- Coordinating all employee relations functions relating to worker's issues, including the interaction between workers Contractor and Client
- Receiving and addressing workers issues at the accommodation and site
- To coordinate with HR and Safety Department
- Providing support to workers if the sign of mental depression etc.
- To promote and advocate the general well-being of the resident's communities.
- To coordinate with HR and HSE Departments to define the guidelines of the programs
- Organize all relevant activities contributing to improve staff welfare, encourage cross-cultural exchange between residents from all nationalities and enforce feeling of belonging to the community.
- The position is a residential position hence the employee should stay in the company accommodation.
4. Senior Property Officer - (Bilingual)
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in property or facilities management, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, maintenance standards, and tenancy laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
5. Civil Maintenance Engineer - Bilingual
Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil maintenance activities across facilities, ensuring timely and quality completion of work.
- Supervise and execute repair, maintenance, and renovation works including gypsum drywall, painting, tiling, plastering, masonry, and other civil works.
- Prepare work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor performance of maintenance teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and HSE policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate project status to management.
- Provide cost estimates, material take-offs, and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in civil maintenance, particularly gypsum drywall systems and other finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of general civil works such as masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, waterproofing, and carpentry.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
- Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
- Strong leadership skills to supervise technicians and coordinate with clients.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Familiar with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
6. Business Development Manager
Job Description:

- Minimum 10+ years of proven business development experience in the above-mentioned sectors
- Strong network and existing client base within Qatar’s commercial and industrial markets
