Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of previous experience in fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
- Qualification: Relevant Engineering Degree/Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm systems
- Design and implementation of fire fighting systems. Prepare BOQ, technical specificatiom, and shop drawings Enture compliance with NFPA, civil defense, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings and layouts for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems based on design specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure all drawings are accurate and meet project standards
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Modify and revise designs as required by project stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date project documentation and records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Draftsman in Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other drafting software. Familiarity with local flee safety codes and regulations.
- Previous experience in a company specializing in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems is must.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in fire alarm and security systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Description:
- Assist technicians and skilled workers in various tasks

5. Design Engineer
Job Description:
- Develop accurate civil engineering drawings and 3D models using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks) and AutoCAD (2D/3D).
- Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration, especially for fit-out and interior-related works.
- Prepare and manage design documentation packages with high precision and timely submission.
- Review, verify, and comment on contractors’ shop drawings and material submittals.
- Implement, follow, and maintain company CAD/BIM standards across all projects.
- Participate in design review meetings and support project execution teams with technical input.
6. Painter
Job Description:
- Providing professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Painting interior and exterior areas of the hotel using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other applicators.
- Preparing surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or sandblasting.
- Cutting in freehand or with tape, spot priming, and rolling walls.
- Caulking, filling, sanding trim; patching drywall; and rolling walls and trim.
- Mixing and matching paints, enamels, lacquers, stains, and special protective coatings.
- Identifying and repairing deficiencies in drywall, millwork, appliances, fixtures, flooring, and windows.
- Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Maintaining an organized inventory of painting materials and supplies.
- Prioritizing tasks and working efficiently.
- Supporting Health & Safety standards and environmental sustainability programs.
- Collaborating with the Chief Engineer and team on projects and renovations.
