Required jobs in Gulf Energy Technology and Projects Group and their details:
1. Administrative Executive (Arab)
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Operational Support:
- Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Maintain and update internal records, logs, and departmental reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements.
- Marine Department Support:
- Assist with vessel documentation, port clearance paperwork, and marine operational coordination.
- Liaise with external agencies as needed for marine-related documentation and approvals.
- Track vessel-related deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Carbon Credit Support:
- Help maintain project files, registration documents, and carbon credit data logs.
- Coordinate with analysts and consultants to ensure timely submission of information.
- Assist in follow-ups, reporting, and basic research related to carbon credit activities.
- Support for New Business Lines:
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as new activities are launched.
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and presentations as requested.
- Assist in vendor coordination, documentation, and task tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Arabic-speaking candidate (mandatory); English proficiency preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or coordination experience.
- Good organisational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle cross-departmental requirements.
- Familiarity with marine or environmental sectors is an advantage but not required.
2. Machinist
Qualifications:
- Must have good knowledge in Machine operating and must know how to use and fix tool and equipment.
- And should be able to read and understand drawing and calculations.
- And mainly he must know to use Vernier caliper, micrometers (inside and outside) depth micrometers, gauges, dial indicators, and peeler gauge.
- Especially should know both MM and Inch sizes in all type of measuring and marking equipment's.
- Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in overhauling of diesel engines mobile air compressors, generators, and pumps, with at least five (5) years’ experience at Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Industry or similar facilities.
- Carry out routine operational and maintenance, repair, and overhaul on various type of diesel engine driven compressors, pumps, and generators.
- Basic - 1900 QAR
- Site Allowance fix: 400 QAR
- Total= 2,300+ Food + Accommodation + Transportation by company
3. Safety Officer - Oil & Gas
We are looking for a qualified Safety Officer to work on Oil & Gas projects. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree and be NEBOSH & IOSH certified, with relevant site experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- NEBOSH certification.
- IOSH certification.
- 3-5 years Oil & Gas experience.
4. Electrical Sales Engineer UPS & Swithgears
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for UPS systems and switchgear products.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in oil & gas, petrochemical, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, EPC firms, and end-users.
- Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to promote solutions and value propositions.
- Provide technical consultancy on UPS, LV/MV switchgear to support customer decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assess customer requirements and propose tailored electrical power solutions.
- Respond to technical queries, prepare specifications, and assist in product selection based on industry standards and project needs.
- Prepare and submit competitive technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in response to RFQs/RFPs and tender invitations.
- Prepare and review bid documentation, scope of work, BOQ items, and technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Project, procurement, Logistics) to ensure accurate and timely proposal delivery.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to secure profitable deals.
- Support contract execution, order confirmation, and follow-up on delivery milestones.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing, and industry developments in the UPS and switchgear segments.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to product management and leadership for strategic planning.
5. Robot Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the robotic system used for the inspection and cleaning of photovoltaic panels in the Solar Power Plant.
- Perform routine maintenance of the robotic systems as per the instructions in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)manual.
- Control the system operation from Scada system from the control room.
- Diagnose equipment faults and follow up with OEM as required and ensure equipment is available for operation.
- Schedule the cleaning of the solar panels as per OEM standards. Undertake cleaning activities of the solar panels as per instructions of the OEM panel and submit reports upon completion.
- Maintain records of the cleaning operations and robot system performance.
- Comply with the established HSE procedures associated with the work.
6. Lead HSE Engineer - Oil & Gas
Job Details:
- Experience as Lead HSE Coordinator (6 Years).
- NEBOSH/IGC/IOSH/ Certificates.
- ISO Certification as lead Auditor (45001,14001, 9001) will be an advantage.
- NEBOSH IDIP (level6) will be an advantage.
