1. Retail Sales Executive
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilising Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO, and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.
This position is based in Qatar and reporting to the Retail Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce, promote, and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationships and obtain market information.
- Promote decorative products by coordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget.
- Execute sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations to support business growth, uniformity, and business efficacy.
- Have a robust follow-up on collection per assigned targets to ensure that company working capital conditions remain healthy.
- Maintain good relationships, provide high-quality service to existing distributors, and attend to customers’ complaints.
- Create and maintain data and be an active user of CRM
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service
- Liaise with the client market and respond to inquiries, introducing products and services to dealers/projects
- Undertake and regularly update area audits to identify market potential within own designated geographical area.

2. Planning Executive
As a Planning Executive, you will be responsible for Initiate, drive, and follow-up Demand & Supply Planning activities by implementing the Jotun Operations System and follow up through agreed KPIs.
This position is based in Qatar and reporting to the Logistics & Planning Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead demand and supply planning activities and follow them through using agreed KPIs.
- Review customer demand and coordinate with Purchasing and Production to ensure orders are met on time.
- Manage the forecasting process with Sales, Purchasing and Factory teams to ensure proper cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor inventory levels daily, identify any risk of stockout, and update relevant stakeholders.
- Review planning data regularly, including lead time, safety stock, Re-Order Level, Re-Order Quantities and Minimum Order requirements.
- Analyse inventory aging and obsolete stock, issue monthly reports, and work with stakeholders to avoid inventory expiry resolve excess inventory and.
- Define product complexity and communicate it to relevant teams, and work with Production and Process teams to improve product assortment efficiency.
- Ensure planning activities follow internal procedures and comply with local regulations, ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001, Jotun Operations System, and Jotun's HSEQ Management system.
Required Competencies:
