London Education Centre is looking for a dedicated and proactive Admin & IT Executive to support daily administrative operations and provide basic on-site IT support across our branches in Qatar.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling both office tasks and basic IT troubleshooting.
Position: Admin & IT Executive
Location: Qatar
Gender Preference: Male (due to nature of job and field work requirements)
Driving License: Qatar driving license is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office administration across branches.
- Handle document filing, scheduling, stationery inventory, and office supplies.
- Assist with bank visits and other field tasks as required.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service needs.
- Supervise cleaning and ensure facilities are kept in good condition.
- IT Support (On-site)
- Provide basic troubleshooting for PCs, network, printers, and other office devices.
- Set up and configure workstations for new staff.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced support.
- Maintain logs of IT issues and follow up on resolutions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration AND basic IT support.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Qatar Driving License (preferred).

Location: Qatar
Salary: QAR 7,000 – 9,000 (based on experience)

Languages Required: Arabic & English (fluency in both)
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for B2B, B2C, and B2G channels.
- Drive brand awareness through digital, offline, and partnership marketing.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns that support enrolment and corporate training growth.
- B2B & B2G Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with organisations, ministries, government entities, and corporate partners.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with institutional requirements.
- Identify partnership opportunities and expand market reach.
- B2C Marketing
- Lead student-focused campaigns to promote courses and language programs.
