London Education Centre is looking for a dedicated and proactive Admin & IT Executive to support daily administrative operations and provide basic on-site IT support across our branches in Qatar.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling both office tasks and basic IT troubleshooting.
Position: Admin & IT Executive
Location: Qatar
Gender Preference: Male (due to nature of job and field work requirements)
Driving License: Qatar driving license is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
  • Manage day-to-day office administration across branches.
  • Handle document filing, scheduling, stationery inventory, and office supplies.
  • Assist with bank visits and other field tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service needs.
  • Supervise cleaning and ensure facilities are kept in good condition.
  • IT Support (On-site)
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for PCs, network, printers, and other office devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for B2B, B2C, and B2G channels.
