1. Material & Fabrication QC Inspector (Metal & Stainless Steel)
We are seeking a Material & Fabrication QC Inspector to join our QA/QC Department, responsible for ensuring all metal and stainless steel fabrication activities meet the required quality standards, project specifications, and inspection procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming raw materials (steel, stainless steel, fittings, and hardware) and verify Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and Certificates of Conformance (CoC).
- Conduct in-process inspections during fabrication and welding stages, including dimensional checks, fit-up, welding consumables, and welder qualifications.
- Monitor welding and fabrication activities in compliance with approved procedures, drawings, and standards.
- Inspect stainless steel finishing, polishing, and brushing for alignment and surface quality.
- Document inspection findings, prepare reports, and raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) when needed.
- Support QA/QC Lead in maintaining records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely inspections and approvals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC for sheet metal, stainless steel, and structural steel fabrication.
- Good understanding of welding procedures, material inspection, and ISO quality requirements.
- Familiar with ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) and inspection documentation.
- Strong communication and reporting skills in English.
- Languages preferred: English, Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil.
2. Stainless Steel Fabricator (Cladding & Handrail Works)
We are looking for skilled Stainless Steel Fabricators with proven experience in cladding and handrail fabrication and installation. The ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in stainless steel works, able to read fabrication drawings, measure accurately, and ensure high-quality finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and install stainless steel cladding, handrails, balustrades, and related architectural works.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
- Operate workshop machines (cutting, bending, polishing, TIG welding, etc.).
- Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and finishing as per project specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Follow safety and quality standards in the workshop and at sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stainless steel fabrication (GCC experience required).
- Expertise in cladding, railing, and handrail fabrication and installation.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements accurately.
- Currently available in Qatar with transferable visa (NOC required).
- Ready to join immediately.
