1. HSE Manager - Roads Infrastructure

Experience:

  • performance-based contract: 5 years (Required)
  • Qatar project: 3 years (Preferred)
  • HSE management: 10 years (Required)
  • manager: 10 years (Required)
  • road infrastructure project: 10 years (Required)

2. QA QC Manager - Infrastructure

The right candidate must have the ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company and to demonstrate leadership. In addition, the candidate must possess very good planning, presentation, negotiations and organizational skills, the vision to identify quality improvement opportunities and the ability to achieve results through motivation and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • BSc, BEng, BA, or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a manager for road infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in roads infrastructure projects outside the MENA region.
  • Road's asset management or road maintenance projects experience like Performance-based contract (PBC) outside the MENA region is a must.
  • Proficient in reviewing materials, ITPs, and test reports for asphalt, concrete, and soil works.

3. Smart Solutions Team Lead

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or an equivalent foreign university degree. Master’s Degree in IT Management, Business Systems, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise application management or digital transformation roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams managing Microsoft Power Platform and SAP-based applications.
  • Strong background in functional analysis for transportation or fleet management systems.
  • Proven experience with application rollout, change management, and user training in an operational environment.
  • Technical expertise with low-code/no-code app development and system integration between Microsoft and SAP environments.
