1. Safety Officer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to ensure that all project activities are carried out in compliance with company, client, and legal safety standards.
The successful candidate will advise, guide, and support project management and site teams to create and maintain a safe working environment, promote safety culture, and ensure full implementation of the HSE management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Health, Safety & Environment Management
  • Advise, guide, and facilitate the Project/Line Management, Supervisors, and Workforce on all matters pertaining to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
  • Monitor HSE standards at all work sites and provide proactive advice for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with the Project HSE Plan, relevant company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Participate in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Hazard Effect Management Process (HEMP) for all activities.
  • Training & Awareness

The role requires a strong background in orthopedic implants and instruments, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams in a competitive market (Zimmer, Stryker, and others).

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Medacta knee, hip, and spine solutions and Ames foot & ankle products to surgeons and healthcare providers.
  • Provide technical expertise and intraoperative support in the operating room during procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and hospital decision-makers.
