Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent civil engineering and fit-out projects from inception to completion
- Meet with clients to understand requirements, develop solutions, and provide detailed quotations
- Lead and mentor a team of foremen and technical staff, providing guidance and support and managing subcontractors
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance

- Qatari Driving license is highly preferred

- Fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam is preferred (Arabic is a plus)
