1. Site Architect
We are seeking a Site Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing architectural works at site, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that construction is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor architectural works at site to ensure quality and compliance
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
- Ensure proper implementation of approved architectural details and finishes
- Resolve site-related design and technical issues
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports

- Mandatory experience on Ashghal BPD projects in Qatar
- Comprehensive knowledge of QCS, Ashghal procedures, and project quality standards
- Proven expertise in managing QA/QC plans, inspections, audits, and quality documentation
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (IRCA-approved)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong experience in architectural shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings Good knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local authority requirements
- Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams
- Experience in residential, commercial, and high-rise projects preferred
