1. Production Supervisor (Food Industry)
We are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure product quality, manage staff performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production lines and daily factory activities
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance/training
- Coordinate with maintenance, QA/QC, warehouse, and other departments
- Prepare daily reports, checklists and support production planning
- Make daily internal transfers inside the Factory by using PC
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in food manufacturing)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Computer skills.
2. Procurement Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased.
- Responsible for negotiation with suppliers on costs and commercial terms for low to medium value goods and services.
- Ensure purchase orders are raised with correct pricing, delivery date, and payment terms to protect the company from risk.
- Responsible for tender administration generally including creating system documents, printing, and approvals circulation, checking for all required documents, grammar and spelling, calculations so that approving managers may proceed.
- Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate contracts.
- Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.
- Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a procurement officer from Hospitality/FMCG/F&B industry ONLY
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing CRM software.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
- Must be able to join immediately without notice period
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Attention to detail.
